1991 Opening of the BBC Weather Centre   
1996 September saw the opening of the second phase of the Weather Centre
1996 Start of the 1st series of ' The Weather Show' on 14th October (28 programmes)  
1997 The Weather Show 185 programmes  
1997 Start of News24 Weather on 9th November  
1998 The Weather Show 182 programmes  
1999 The Weather Show 104 programmes last on 24th June  
2000 Major relaunch of all pan-BBC Weather Services on October 2nd
